StarCatcher Recruitment Events: A New Approach to Building a Care Home Team

At Haddenham Park, we believe that recruitment should feel like a conversation, not a checklist. That’s why, back in March, we launched our very first StarCatcher Recruitment Event: a relaxed, community-focused way to meet potential team members, build interest in the home, and give people a real feel for what working with us is all about.

StarCatcher events are built around games, informal chats, and plenty of cups of tea. They offer the chance to get to know us - and for us to get to know you - in a way that’s natural, warm, and genuinely engaging.

Since we began, these events have become a standout part of our recruitment journey. We’ve hosted afternoons filled with conversation, curiosity, and connection, bringing together people from all walks of life who are interested in becoming part of our growing Haddenham Park family.
