At the heart of our approach is Ayla, the UK’s first Cognitive Stimulation Therapy assistant. Endorsed by NICE (National Institute of Care Excellence), Ayla helps our teams deliver a warm, group-based therapy proven to enhance confidence, encourage communication, and gently slow cognitive decline by up to six months, bringing more moments of clarity and meaningful connection.
