🌿 Chill the curtains – Lightly spritzing curtains with water before closing them can help cool the room as air flows through.
🍉 Hydration snacks – Watermelon, cucumber sticks and frozen fruit are refreshing ways to stay hydrated (and they’re a resident favourite too!).
🥤 Hydration Stations with a Twist - we’ve set up hydration tables with infused water, iced herbal teas, and mini mocktails. It turns staying hydrated into a lovely little ritual.
